Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3/4 c. Cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, grnd
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 6 x Think slices Italian bread

  2. Mix together first 11 ingredients, place in ziplock bag and chill 4-24 hrs. Remove pork cubes from marinade; thread pork onto skewers (if using bamboo/wood skewers, soak in water for 1 hour to prevent burning).
  3. Grill over warm coals, basting with reserved marinade, for 4-5 min; turn and grill another 4 min. Serve by pulling meat off skewer onto Italian bread.
