Receta Pork Tenderloin Grilled

Ingredientes
- 1 whole 3 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon each lemon & garlic pwdr
- Salt & pepper (fresh) to taste
Direcciones
- Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and onion pwdr for marinating sauce. Sprinkle whole tenderloin with pepper and salt. Marinate tenderloin in shallow pan, covered, in refrigerator for 24 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Heat outdoor gas or possibly charcoal grill to warm. Place whole tenderloin on grill, brown each side, about 2 min each. Remove and cold. Slice tenderloin into 3/4" slices. Turn grill down to medium heat. Grill the slices till done, turning as necessary. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
