Receta Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- Healthy pinch of ginger, fresh grated
- Dash of salt, pepper, paprika
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. You can either marinate the tenderloin whole or possibly cut up into chunks. It is best if marinated overnight in the refrigerator, although all day is also fine. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.
- Preheat your gas grill at least 5 min. If you are cooking chunks, grill 5-10 min on each side. If it is still whole, grill 10-15 min on each side. Don't over cook.
