Receta Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Ingredientes

2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce (Chinese Barbecue Sauce) 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. oil

1 1/2 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2-3 pound pork tenderloin

Direcciones

1. Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hrs. Remove from marinade and cook over warm coals 35 min. Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin.
