Ingredientes

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • Flour
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 ounce. can mushrooms or possibly 1 c. fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. white wine

Direcciones

  1. Roll tenderloin slices in flour and brown in 2 Tbsp. butter. Place in casserole with mushrooms. Add in salt and pepper and wine. Pour remaining butter over tenderloins. Cover and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
