Receta Pork Tenderloins In Wine

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced 3/4 inch thick
- Flour
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 4 ounce. can mushrooms or possibly 1 c. fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. white wine
Direcciones
- Roll tenderloin slices in flour and brown in 2 Tbsp. butter. Place in casserole with mushrooms. Add in salt and pepper and wine. Pour remaining butter over tenderloins. Cover and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
