Pork With Mushrooms And Thyme

Ingredientes

  • 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
  • 3 x Boneless pork loin chops, up to 4
  • 175 gm Button mushrooms, sliced (6oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. Creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp Cornflour, blended with
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool water
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  •     Fresh thyme to garnish

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and cook the chops for 6-8 min, turning occasionally till golden brown.
  2. Add in the mushrooms and thyme and cook for a further 3-4 min.
  3. Stir in the creme fraiche, blended cornflour and seasoning to taste.
  4. Cook for a further 1 minute then serve immediately, garnished with fresh thyme.
  5. NOTES : A delicious quick and easy supper, serve with crispy jacket potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
