Receta Pork Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 pound boneless pork, cut in julienne strips
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 c. sliced zucchini
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
- Cooked rice or possibly fine noodles
Direcciones
- Cut pork into julienne strips. If meat is partly frzn, it will be easier to cut. Saute/fry with onion over high heat till pork is lightly browned. Add in zucchini, mushrooms, marjoram, salt, pepper and bouillon.
- Stir and cook 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender and pork is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or possibly fine noodles. Serves 4.
