  • 1 pound boneless pork, cut in julienne strips
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 c. sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 c. boiling water
  • Cooked rice or possibly fine noodles

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork into julienne strips. If meat is partly frzn, it will be easier to cut. Saute/fry with onion over high heat till pork is lightly browned. Add in zucchini, mushrooms, marjoram, salt, pepper and bouillon.
  2. Stir and cook 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender and pork is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or possibly fine noodles. Serves 4.
