Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 2/3 c. celery, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. brown gravy
  • 1/4 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sliced roast pork
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts, liquid removed
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 c. cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onion and celery in warm oil till the onion is tender, Add in soup, soy sauce, and gravy. Stir while the mix comes to a boil. Add in the pork and bean sprouts and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while covered. Stir together the cornstarch and water till smooth. Add in to the pork mix. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
  2. Since this keeps so well...why not make a double batch and enjoy it again later in the week
