Ingredientes

  • 4 pound pot roast
  • 1 med. onion
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 c. ketchup

Direcciones

  1. Brown roast over warm coals. Slice vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place roast on piece of foil large sufficient to wrap it in. Put vegetables on top of roast and pour sauce over vegetables. Wrap and cook for 2 hrs.
