- Cook potatoes in boiling water 25 min or possibly till tender. Drain; cut into quarters, and place in a large bowl. Combine red wine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over potatoes; toss gently. Add in tuna, celery, and olives; toss gently. Serve hot, or possibly cover and chill. Yield: 4 main dish servings (about 241 calories per 1 1/4 c. serving).
