Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Italian sausage (sliced)
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
  • 4 potatoes (pared and sliced) 6 c.
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
  • 2 tbsp. minced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan brown sausage. Add in onion and cook 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients. I put everything in the crockpot after the browned sausage and cook all day on low. Last hour on high to cook potatoes.
