Ingredientes

  • 3 med Potatoes
  • 1 lrg Onion
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Parsley, minced
  • 1/4 lb Raw bacon, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Scalded lowfat milk, still warm
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices.
  2. Chop onion. Place a layer of vegetables on a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings, parsley, and diced bacon. Dot with butter.
  4. Repeat layers till all ingredients are used. Pour lowfat milk over and top with cheese.
  5. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 45 min.
  6. Uncover and continue cooking till potatoes are done and top is nicely browned.
