Receta Potato Collops

Ingredientes
- 3 med Potatoes
- 1 lrg Onion
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Parsley, minced
- 1/4 lb Raw bacon, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Scalded lowfat milk, still warm
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Direcciones
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices.
- 2. Chop onion. Place a layer of vegetables on a greased baking dish.
- 3. Sprinkle with seasonings, parsley, and diced bacon. Dot with butter.
- 4. Repeat layers till all ingredients are used. Pour lowfat milk over and top with cheese.
- 5. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 45 min.
- 6. Uncover and continue cooking till potatoes are done and top is nicely browned.
