Ingredientes

  • 3 med Baking potatoes, peeled
  •     & sliced
  • 1/4 c. (1 ounce) shredded low-fat
  •     Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Nonfat cream cheese product
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp. Nonfat margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Prepared or possibly dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. Coarsely crushed corn flakes
  •     Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Cook potato in boiling water for 20 min, or possibly till tender; drain. Transfer to bowl.
  2. Beat potato at medium speed till smooth. Add in cheese, and next 6 ingredients. Beat well. Divide mix into 10 equal portions and shape into balls. Dip in egg white and roll in cereal. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Bake at 400F for 10-15 min or possibly till crisp and golden brown.
  3. Yield: 5 servings
