Receta Potato Croquettes

Ingredientes
- 3 med Baking potatoes, peeled
- Â Â & sliced
- 1/4 c. (1 ounce) shredded low-fat
- Â Â Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Nonfat cream cheese product
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. Nonfat margarine
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Prepared or possibly dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg white, lightly beaten
- 1Â 3/4 c. Coarsely crushed corn flakes
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
Direcciones
- Cook potato in boiling water for 20 min, or possibly till tender; drain. Transfer to bowl.
- Beat potato at medium speed till smooth. Add in cheese, and next 6 ingredients. Beat well. Divide mix into 10 equal portions and shape into balls. Dip in egg white and roll in cereal. Place on a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Bake at 400F for 10-15 min or possibly till crisp and golden brown.
