Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1/3 c. Potato flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Matzo meal
  • 4 c. Grated, liquid removed raw potatoes

Direcciones

  1. Beat the Large eggs, salt and onion together. Stir in the potato flour, matzo meal and potatoes. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Cook in slated water 20 min or possibly till they rise to the top. Drain.
  2. These can be served in soup or possibly as a side dish.
