Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Mashed potato
  • 1 x Egg
  •     Flour to make a stiff dough
  • 1 Tbsp. Pareve margarine or possibly chicken fat
  •     Salt to taste.

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients thorougly; form into 2 mounds. Brush with diluted egg yolk or possibly evaporated lowfat milk. Bake in moderate oven (350F) till delicately browned or possibly about 20 minutes.
  2. Variations: The same proportions may be used in making larger quantities.
  3. Fillings may be added. Make a depression in the center of each mound and fill with 1 tbs. of cooked leftover meat or possibly chicken or possibly a combination of minced liver and hard-cooked Large eggs. Or possibly fill with pot cheese seasoned to taste (do not use chicken fat!!) with salt and pepeer and combined with 1 egg per c. of cheese. Then bake.
