Receta Potato Pancakes With Premium Ham

- Sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a medium mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the centre, add in the lowfat milk, mashed potato and egg. Stir with a wooden spoon till well combined.
- Add in the melted butter and stir in.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon rounded tablepoonsful of the mix into the pan, about 2cm apart.
- Cook over a medium heat for 3 min on each side till golden.
- Cut the ham slices in half and place on to the potato pancakes.
- Serve with the fruit chutney.
