Receta Potato Pancakes With Premium Ham

Ingredientes
- 125 gm Self-raising flour, (4oz)
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 100 ml Lowfat milk, (3 1/2fl ounce)
- 100 gm Cooked, mashed potato, seasoned (3 1/2oz)
- 1 med Size egg, lightly beaten
- 25 gm Butter, melted (1oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x 125 gram pac English Premium ham
- 100 gm Fruit chutney, (3 1/2oz)
Direcciones
- Sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a medium mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the centre, add in the lowfat milk, mashed potato and egg. Stir with a wooden spoon till well combined.
- Add in the melted butter and stir in.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon rounded tablepoonsful of the mix into the pan, about 2cm apart.
- Cook over a medium heat for 3 min on each side till golden.
- Cut the ham slices in half and place on to the potato pancakes.
- Serve with the fruit chutney.
- NOTES : A traditional British meal comprising of ham, potato and chutney.
