Ingredientes
- 1 cup thick Yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1-2 teaspoon chat masala
- sugar powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Green Chilli chopped
- 1 teaspoon Mint chopped
- 1 cup Potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup pomegranate arils

- Whisk the thick yoghurt with milk until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to adjust the consistency of yoghurt if required.
- Add all the ingredients to make raita in the curd and mix well.
- Mix them all well and garnish with pomegranate and chopped yoghurt.
- Chill the raita for half an hour and serve.
