Ingredientes

  • 75 gm butter
  • 250 gm freshly boiled crab meat (white and brown)
  • 1/2 tsp grnd mace
  • 1 x juice of 1/2 a lemon

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan over a low heat then add in the crab and mace.
  2. Add in the lemon juice then stirring occasionally heat gently for 8 to 10 min.
  3. Check the seasoning and add in salt and pepper accordingly.
  4. Either serve hot or possibly pour into 4 ramekins and refrigeratetill set.
  5. Serve with either toast or possibly soda broad.
  6. Serves 4
