Receta Potted Crab With Mace

Ingredientes
- 75 gm butter
- 250 gm freshly boiled crab meat (white and brown)
- 1/2 tsp grnd mace
- 1 x juice of 1/2 a lemon
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a saucepan over a low heat then add in the crab and mace.
- Add in the lemon juice then stirring occasionally heat gently for 8 to 10 min.
- Check the seasoning and add in salt and pepper accordingly.
- Either serve hot or possibly pour into 4 ramekins and refrigeratetill set.
- Serve with either toast or possibly soda broad.
- Serves 4
