Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 1 x 16 ounce. can Pumpkin
  • 2 pkt (4-serving size) Instant Vanilla pudding/pie filling
  • 1 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 c. Whipped cream, or possibly Cold WHIP topping
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar firmly packed

Direcciones

  1. Pour cool lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pumpkin, pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with a wire whisk 1 minute till well blended. (Mix will be thick). Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
  2. Refregerate 4 hrs or possibly till set.
  3. Sprinkle minced pecans over desserts just before serving. Garnish with additional whipped topping, grnd cinnamon, fresh mint and currants. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
  4. Makes 8 servings.
