Receta Praline Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 1 x 16 ounce. can Pumpkin
- 2 pkt (4-serving size) Instant Vanilla pudding/pie filling
- 1Â 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 c. Whipped cream, or possibly Cold WHIP topping
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
Direcciones
- Pour cool lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pumpkin, pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with a wire whisk 1 minute till well blended. (Mix will be thick). Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
- Refregerate 4 hrs or possibly till set.
- Sprinkle minced pecans over desserts just before serving. Garnish with additional whipped topping, grnd cinnamon, fresh mint and currants. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
- Makes 8 servings.
