%20and%20a%20bag%20of%20some%20rather%20lovely%20jumbo%20king%20prawns%20also%20in%20there%20bought%20recently%20on%20offer,%20and%20was%20trying%20to%20decide%20how%20to%20combine%20them%20best.%20One%20of%20my%20favourite%20dishes%20is%20my%20haddock%20bake%20with%20prawns%20and%20spinach,%20but%20just%20wasn't%20in%20the%20mood%20for%20it.%20My%20mum%20needed%20to%20do%20some%20shopping%20anyway,%20so%20after%20a%20wander%20around%20Sainsbury's%20I%20spotted%20the%20bags%20of%20ready%20made%20gnocchi%20and%20my%20mind%20started%20doing%20its%20usual%20scheming!%20Gnocchi%20are%20funny%20little%20beasts%20I%20think,%20not%20pasta%20and%20not%20potato%20either.%20I%20do%20find%20them%20rather%20filling%20but%20I%20was%20hungry%20as%20a%20horse%20that%20day,%20and%20decided%20to%20experiment!%20My%20dad%20is%20a%20good%20eater%20and%20we%20did%20eat%20this%20between%20us%20but%20you%20probably%20could%20stretch%20to%203%20servings%20from%20it.%20It%20made%20a%20nice%20change%20from%20the%20more%20usual%20pasta%20bakes%20I%20make%20and%20everything%20worked%20well%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20only%20thing%20I%20would%20say%20is%20make%20sure%20everything%20is%20ready%20to%20go,%20and%20still%20hot%20under%20grill%20as%20you%20are%20merely%20finishing%20the%20dish%20off%20by%20browning,%20and%20not%20actually%20baking%20it.%20It%20would%20probably%20happily%20go%20in%20the%20oven%20for%20around%2020-25%20minutes%20to%20get%20the%20same%20effect.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20drained%20gnocchi%20and%20spinach%20in%20a%20suitable%20baking%20dish%20(I%20love%20my%20little%20pyrex%20one),%20poke%20in%20the%20prawns.%20Gently%20warm%20through%20the%20reserved%20liquid,%20season%20and%20stir%20in%20the%20cream%20cheese,%20pour%20over%20the%20gnocchi,%20sprinkle%20with%20cheese%20and%20grill%20for%20around%20ten%20minutes%20or%20until%20piping%20hot%20and%20all%20lovely%20and%20golden%20brown%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
