Ingredientes

  • 1 x avocados
  • 1 x mangoes
  • 16 x prawns, cooked
  • 100 gm lettuce, mixed
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. French dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat yoghurt, natural
  • 1 tsp chilli paste

Direcciones

  1. Dressing:Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Halve avocado, peel and slice. Peel and slice mango. Shell and devein prawns. Arrange lettuce on serving plate, top with sliced fruits and prawns in a decorative fashion. Drizzle lemon/chilli dressing over and sprinkle with minced chives.
