Receta Prawn, Avocado And Mango Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x avocados
- 1 x mangoes
- 16 x prawns, cooked
- 100 gm lettuce, mixed
- 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. French dressing
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat yoghurt, natural
- 1 tsp chilli paste
Direcciones
- Dressing:Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Halve avocado, peel and slice. Peel and slice mango. Shell and devein prawns. Arrange lettuce on serving plate, top with sliced fruits and prawns in a decorative fashion. Drizzle lemon/chilli dressing over and sprinkle with minced chives.
