Ingredientes

  • 1+ lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • chopped onion
  • Mrs. Dash, seasoned pepper, garlic-garlic, brown sugar
  • ketchup, bbque sauce
  • cheddar cheese
  • 4-5 bacon slices

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, excluding bacon. Mix well.
  2. Press firmly into greased cake or loaf pan.
  3. Cover with a mixture of bbque sauce and ketchup. Add bacon slices and cheese slices on the top.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake 350 about 1 hr.-1 hr. and 15 min.
  6. Let stand at least 5 min. before serving.
