- 1+ lb. ground beef
- 1 c. V-8 juice
- 3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- chopped onion
- Mrs. Dash, seasoned pepper, garlic-garlic, brown sugar
- ketchup, bbque sauce
- cheddar cheese
- 4-5 bacon slices
Direcciones
- 1. Combine all ingredients, excluding bacon. Mix well.
- 2. Press firmly into greased cake or loaf pan.
- 3. Cover with a mixture of bbque sauce and ketchup. Add bacon slices and cheese slices on the top.
- 4. Cover.
- 5. Bake 350 about 1 hr.-1 hr. and 15 min.
- 6. Let stand at least 5 min. before serving.
