  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup of Oats
  • 1/2 cup of Egg's whites
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Ground linseeds
  • 2 scoops of Protein powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • pinch of Cinnamon

  1. Put every ingredient in a blender and blend into a solid mass.
  2. Heat frying pan, spray some olive oil and form pancakes.
  3. Fry from both sides for several minutes till pancakes get brown color.
