- Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix egg, lowfat milk, oil, and honey. Add in the liquid mix to dry mix and beat till smooth (preferably with an electric mixer). Add in any options. Pour into a well oiled muffin tin or possibly cake pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 min (30 for bread) till a toothpick comes out clean.
