Receta Protein Rich Corn Muffins Or Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole grnd cornmeal
- 1/3 c. soy flour
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. instant dry lowfat milk (2 1/2 T non-instant dry lowfat milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 T oil
- 2 T honey
- 1 c. grated carrots or possibly 1/2 c. minced dates or possibly 1 (8 ounce) can crushed liquid removed pineapple (options)
Direcciones
- Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix egg, lowfat milk, oil, and honey. Add in the liquid mix to dry mix and beat till smooth (preferably with an electric mixer). Add in any options. Pour into a well oiled muffin tin or possibly cake pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 min (30 for bread) till a toothpick comes out clean.
