Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. Jello, lemon instant pudding mix
  • 8 inch graham cracker crust, baked

Direcciones

  1. Stir cream cheese till very soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup lowfat milk till smooth and creamy. Add in remaining lowfat milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. Don't overbeat. Pour into cooled crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top to make it extra crunchy. Refrigerate 1 hour or possibly till set.
