Ingredientes
2 Tbsp. Cumin, grnd
2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, fresh, rough minced
2 Tbsp. Black pepper, freshly cracked
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. White vinegar
2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use within two days of preparing.
Rub pork butt with spice mix and smoke for 1 1/2 hrs per lb. at 240-250F.
