Ingredientes

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 ounce thin sliced salami
  • 2 slices (each 4 x 8 inches) Swiss cheese, each cut into 8 pcs
  • 8 pitted black olives, halved
  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon water

Direcciones

  1. Thaw pastry; cut into 16 squares; top each piece of pastry with 1 slice salami, 1 piece cheese and black olive half. Pull 2 opposite corners of pastry with egg to seal and fasten with a wooden toothpick. Brush with egg and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min till puffed. Makes 16 hors d'oeuvres.
