Ingredientes

  •     Leftover cooked pork tenderloin
  •     Water to cover
  • 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Barbecue sauce
  •     Warm pepper sauce to taste
  •     Cole slaw
  •     Hamburger bun

Direcciones

  1. In a heavy pot, combine pork with just sufficient water to cover, cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, and warm pepper sauce to taste. Bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat covered till it pulls apart, about 50 min. Remove pork from the sauce, shred and set aside.
  2. Simmer the sauce till it reaches the desired thickness. Stir the pork in the sauce and spoon the mix onto the bottom half of the hamburger bun, and top with cole slaw.
  3. This recipe yields 1 serving.
