Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Black glutinous rice, soaked for 2 hours
  • 1/2 lt Thick coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 lt Thin coconut lowfat milk
  • 4 x Pandan leaves
  •     Salt to taste
  • 2 piece palm sugar
  • 50 gm Granulated sugar

Direcciones

  1. Here is the recipe for pulut hitam (black glutinous rice with coconut cream).
  2. Wash and drain black glutinous rice. Add in salt, thin coconut lowfat milk and pandan leaves. Boil until mix is thick and grains are tender. Add in palm sugar and granulated sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add in water if preferred.
  3. Remove from heat. Serve warm in individual bowls. Pour thick coconut lowfat milk on top.
