- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 (12oz.) bottle of beer (Pumpkin Ale)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, cooled and coarsely chopped
- For the Pumpkin and Honey Butter:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
