I really love pumpkin pie, it's my favorite, though it's certainly not my favorite pie to make. I always, and I mean ALWAYS, foul it up somehow. It's not the pastry that I have issues with, it's the custard-y type stuff like the filling.
Having said that though, I'm willing to give these a go, just because they look so fabulous. I love your photos!
