Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Canned or possibly freshly cooked and liquid removed pumpkin
  • 1 quart Water
  • 1 pkt (12-ounce) cranberries
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Amaretto or possibly Grand Marnier

Direcciones

  1. CRUST: Combine, mix well, and spread proportionately in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. FILLING: Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed till light and creamy. Add in lowfat sour cream. Mix 1 minute. Add in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Mix 1 minute. Add in Large eggs. Mix 1 minute. Add in pumpkin. Mix**2** min. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min, till hard. Refrigerateovernight, and serve with Cranberry Sauce.
