Receta Pumpkin Cheesecake With Cranberry Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly margarine
- 3 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Canned or possibly freshly cooked and liquid removed pumpkin
- 1 quart Water
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) cranberries
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Amaretto or possibly Grand Marnier

- CRUST: Combine, mix well, and spread proportionately in a 9-inch pie pan.
- FILLING: Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed till light and creamy. Add in lowfat sour cream. Mix 1 minute. Add in vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Mix 1 minute. Add in Large eggs. Mix 1 minute. Add in pumpkin. Mix**2** min. Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min, till hard. Refrigerateovernight, and serve with Cranberry Sauce.
