Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 whl egg
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. veg. oil (canola)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
  2. Coat 10"x6" (or possibly 8"x8") pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Beat on medium speed till blended.
  5. Add in: 1/3 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  6. Mix till blended.
  7. Pour into baking pan and bake for 15-20 min, or possibly till cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
