Receta Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 whl egg
- 2 x egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. veg. oil (canola)
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
- Coat 10"x6" (or possibly 8"x8") pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add in the remaining ingredients.
- Beat on medium speed till blended.
- Add in: 1/3 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- Mix till blended.
- Pour into baking pan and bake for 15-20 min, or possibly till cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
