Ingredientes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, ground
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 (8 oz.) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 3 drops orange food coloring

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & cookies.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking ban. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, spice, cinnamon dry pudding mix, maple syrup & vanilla yogurt, until creamy.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Topping: Mix cool whip, molasses & orange food coloring.
  7. Spread over the filling layer.
  8. Decorate
