Receta Pumpkin Cream
Ingredientes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, ground
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz.) canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 (8 oz.) Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 drops orange food coloring
Direcciones
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & cookies.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking ban. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, spice, cinnamon dry pudding mix, maple syrup & vanilla yogurt, until creamy.
- Spread over crust.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, molasses & orange food coloring.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Decorate
