Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 c. Pumpkin, canned
  • 4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
  •     Sugar for coating

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in oil, pumpkin and buttermilk.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and add in to egg mix. Refrigerate1 hour.
  3. Turn out on floured board and roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a doughnut cutter.
  4. Deep fry (375-degrees) till brown on one side. Turn over. Brown other side. Drain well on paper towels and roll in sugar.
