Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar packed
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. light molasses
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger or possibly 1 teaspoon dry grnd ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  •     orange oil (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in the mixer. Add in Large eggs and pumpkin and mix a couple min. Add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth. Spread mix in a 9 X 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350F for 35-40 min.
