Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil (I substituted 2 1/2 Tablespoons Lighter Bake)
  • 1 c. pumpkin puree
  • 2 x Large eggs or possibly 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. oats
  • 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour (already includes baking pwdr and salt) Or possibly 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour & and 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Place all ingredients in the baking pan and set on cake cycle. Bake for 40 min.**
  2. According to German, the Zojirushi is preprogrammed to turn off when the cake/quick bread is completely baked. However, my Zoji manual says to check at about 50-60 min of baking and every 5 - 10 min thereafter.
  3. (Total baking time on the cake cycle in the Zoji can be as long as 85 minutes.)
