Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Cooked or possibly canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. Unbleached enriched wt.flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat lowfat milk or possibly orange juice

Direcciones

  1. Beat together the oil, sugar, Large eggs, and pumpkin till light and fluffy. Combine the flours, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl. Stir into the creamed mix with the lowfat milk or possibly orange juice.
  2. Pour into an oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 min.
